What's New?

Back to Master Class for many weeks, but work has been getting in the way of the fun stuff... 

Part of the learning curve with creating art is to let go of any ego and just go with what happens. I don't think of myself as having a fragile ego, but admittedly I pick and choose the images I place on this blog, so maybe I should just come to terms with it! These are some of the drawings I've been happy with over recent weeks. I especially like the abstraction that happened in the contour drawings using a sharpie marker, then colouring over with red chalk. Kind of sorry I didn't keep the actual drawings, but glad I photographed them!
